About The Food and More Project

Food&More is not a new project - Documents were first being written and research being undertaken more than 10 years ago but it is only now that we feel that the time is right to launch the project formally. In 2005 a scoping document was completed using SEEDA and EC funding and work has continued since then. In terms of its ownership structure, governace, vision and activities Food&More will bring together many excellent existing ideas, businesses and organisations to deliver a unique combination which will result in positive changes on a scale and at speed which most us will accept as being good. Food&more will be a hands-on, doing project which will measure its success on real measurable changes.

The Project team has completed large amounts of preliminary work with the next steps being the completion of more business plans, the identification of sites and strategic partnerships and the raising of capital... In terms of scale this is a multi-million pound project which will become a very important part of many of our everyday lives.

The business plans will deliver full project specifications including partnership ownership structures.
